Bisou is a contemporary coffee and sandwich concept built around the idea of “the aftertaste”, not the moment itself, but what it leaves behind. Inspired by the lingering feeling of a kiss, the brand identity explores traces, memories, and emotions through distorted heart forms, liquid textures, and reflective chrome surfaces that feel seductive, tactile, and slightly imperfect.
